2. FREE UPGRADE - in some cases, if your preferred accommodation is not available, we may be able to upgrade you to one of our villas. If after

3. We are sometimes able to grant your wishes to not have to switch accommodations although the system may report otherwise. You can send an
email to reservations@ranchopacifico.com or call 800-621-1975 to make your request before or after you book online.
