will be sharing her creativity with our Chef Staff and
Guests for two weeks in December.
Melissa's specialty is Latin and Asian Fusion (as is
ours!) . Her skills have been honed the last 10 years
in several highly respected restaurants in Boulder
Colorado.
Since Top Chef, Melissa has been featured in
numerous newspapers, magazines and showcased at
several Food and Wine festivals, most importantly
Aspen, New York and Miami
She is stopping off to spend time in Costa Rica with
us while on her way to an exciting assignment at
Martin Pescador Flyfishing Lodge in Patagonia
Chile.

Jessica will be at RP for the month of December,
sharing ideas based on an extraordinary career in
various phases of what she calls Gastronomy.
Jessica has helped develop the Geneva/Paris based
itaste.com - a social network for serious
gastranomes. This was born from her connection to
Grupo Alain Ducasse and their Michelin award
winning restaurants in Europe and now New York.
She even served a stint at Azuma in Sydney,
Australia, recognized as one of the most
trend-setting Asian restaurants in the world.

Chef/Owner - Paradise Valley Grill -
Livingston, Montana
Josh will visit for two weeks in January.
Garrison met Josh this summer in Montana at his
new restaurants which has quickly become "the"
place to dine in the Yellowstone valley area of
Montana. For Garrison, it is his new favorite
restaurant.
Josh combines fresh local ingredients with wildly
creative flavor combinations - creating hearty but
impeccably presented plates. At RP, he will draw
on our local bounty and is sure to dazzle all of us
with what transpires.
While visiting RP, our guest chefs are
"in-residence" meaning they are free and
anxious to interact with the guests and
perform impromptu cooking demos and
classes.
